PepperMary’s original blend is the Cajun Seasoning Blend.  It was created out of necessity, as PepperMary wanted low-sodium spices that added bold flavor to her recipes without all the salt.  Soon following the Cajun Seasoning was the Island Jerk Seasoning that can be used as a rub to add herbs and spices of the Caribbean.   Our newest blends are the Chipotle BBQ Rub, which adds a sweet and spicy flavor, and the Mesquite Blend that adds an authentic Southwest smoke-flavor.  All of our spices and seasonings can be used liberally on meats, poultries, seafood, or vegetables to add delicious flavor.
